At OBT Bricks, we want to ensure every builder is satisfied with their purchase. If your set isn't the perfect fit, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original, unopened packaging to ensure it remains in mint condition during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned bricks, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
